We had the pleasure of celebrating my Habibi ‘s birthday at Novotel Muscat Airport , Ginger Restaurant. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes that satisfy everyone. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff were very accommodating, I would like to specifically commend Ellaine, Rahul, Naquib and Soumen for the exceptional service and hospitality.

Amazing Dinner Experience at Ginger Restaurant! I had a wonderful dinner with my family at Ginger Restaurant, Novotel Muscat Airport. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to the friendly and attentive staff: Ellaine, Arshad, Soumen, and Rahul. You truly made our evening memorable with your hospitality and professionalism. The buffet does not a such a big variety but the food is good. Behind the restaurant next to the pool, there is a shisha tent with an Egyptian who prepares very nice shishas to your choice. Quite affordable and very nice to just relax or sit and chat with friends.
Me and my husband came there to celebrate my birthday,we love the food,theres a lot of choices and option to eat,the ambiance is elegant and the table set up is beautiful,the staff are very accomodating,specially elaine,she entertain us and make it sure that we enjoy our dinner and she made my birthday memorable as she create a birthday cake for me very appreciated.I highly recommend the restaurant to bring your friends and family to experience their delicious food and beautiful place with good staff,all staff are accommodating included their manager

Amazing place, they have Seafood night on Thursdays. The staff are welcoming and attentive, lots of varieties and quality food. Special Thanks to the staff who took care of us during our dinner: Soumen, Ellaine and Naquib. Recommended place for a visit to have great food and ambience.
